- Ensure that the products and offers you ask us to market are lawful and that you hold the rights to any materials you provide.
5. Results
Marketing, advertising and e-commerce results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, product selection, pricing and your own operations. We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, leads, revenue or profit.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as advertising networks, store builders, suppliers and payment processors. Their fees, terms and availability are set by those providers, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages or policy changes.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your Agreement. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the store content, ad creative and other deliverables we create specifically for you, except for third-party materials and our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, which we license to you for use in your business.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makeable LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
